OVERSEAS & BFPO MAIL-ORDER

For all Overseas Mail-Order Customers, Overseas Great War, Second World War, and JADE magazine subscribers, and for all BFPO (British Forces Posted Overseas) addresses outside mainland UK. Secure on-line ordering with credit and debit cards is now available. We accept: MASTERCARD - VISA - DELTA - SWITCH - MAESTRO. Although we make all charges in British Pounds Sterling, when using credit or debit cards from countries other than the UK your card statement/account will automatically show the charge in your own country's currency, charged to Great Northern Publishing. A full credit/debit card receipt is always sent with goods or services purchased from GNP.

Overseas customers are advised that we do not have distribution outlets outside the UK, and although our titles may appear on book database lists overseas, the only place to obtain copies is direct from ourselves.

1: All prices shown for overseas (those outside the UK) include postage and packing.

2: Payment by credit and debit card, cheque*, cash, or international money order in British Pounds Sterling is acceptable.

3: *Cheques can only be accepted if drawn on a British-based bank. Please discuss this requirement with your own bank if in doubt. Many national and large banks either have offices in London, or agreements with British banks, and can accommodate this requirement quite easily. If in doubt please ask.

4: All cheques and money orders should be made payable to: 'GREAT NORTHERN PUBLISHING'.

5: When paying by credit or debit card, please ensure you include the following information: FULL NAME - FULL POSTAL ADDRESS - TELEPHONE NUMBER - E-MAIL ADDRESS - BOOK CODE (or Subscription Code) - BOOK TITLE - NUMBER OF COPIES REQUIRED - PRICE EACH - TOTAL PRICE - CARD TYPE - CARD NUMBER - ISSUE NUMBER (SWITCH/MAESTRO ONLY) - VALID FROM DATE - EXPIRY DATE - NAME ON CARD - YOUR SIGNATURE (where required) - CARDHOLDER ADDRESS DETAILS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER IF DIFFERENT FROM DELIVERY ADDRESS.

6: No responsibility can be accepted by Great Northern Publishing for any orders with payment which are lost or go astray in the postal system and which do not arrive with us.

7: Any complaint for Lost, Damaged or Delayed mail which arrises due to the postal system should be made by phone to us in the first instance. We will then dispatch a special complaint form which you must complete and return to us with any packaging or items we request. The form obliges all customers to make a formal complaint to Royal Mail (the only postal carrier we use) before returning the form to us. A replacement item will only be dispatched after our claim against Royal Mail has been settled. Any other complaints, such as an error in an order, will be processed by us.

8: All products are shipped on receipt of payment via Air Mail (including The Great War, Second World War and Jade magazines). Credit cards are not charged until orders are ready for dispatch - except in the case of subscriptions.

9: Please ensure your mailing address is printed in FULL and is easily legible.

10: If requesting a signed copy (GNP books only), please specify the CHRISTIAN (or first) name of the person the book is for. If ordering more than one book, and requesting multiple signed copies, please make it VERY CLEAR which books are to be signed and to whom - we will NOT accept responsibility for books signed to the wrong people because the instructions were not clear.
