| 5: No responsibility can be accepted by Great Northern Publishing for any orders with payment which are lost or go astray in the postal system and which do not arrive with us. | ||||||||||||
| 6: Any complaint for Lost, Damaged or Delayed mail which arrises due to the postal system should be made by phone to us in the first instance. We will then dispatch a special complaint form which you must complete and return to us with any packaging or items we request. The form obliges all customers to make a formal complaint to Royal Mail (the only postal carrier we use) before returning the form to us. A replacement item will only be dispatched after our claim against Royal Mail has been settled. Any other complaints, such as an error in an order, will be processed by us. | ||||||||||||
| 7: All products are shipped on receipt of payment via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post or by Parcel Post. Occasionally, multiple orders are dispatched under separate cover to reduce postage charges and to speed up delivery.
