Q: I want to self publish, can you help?
A: Yes. We offer full production services for authors who wish to self publish. You should be aware this is not the same as vanity publishing. You will only be charged the cost of the work involved and not typically four or five times that amount as a vanity publisher would charge. Q: How soon will I receive my order?
A: Subscription magazines are sent as soon as they are published. Those sent by mail are dispatched by Royal Mail second class post (by airmail for overseas). In the case of books, these are dispatched as soon as we have received your payment by second class post in most cases (airmail for overseas). If the order is too heavy for normal second class mail it will be sent by Royal Mail Parcel post. You should be aware when ordering books that most are sent via recorded delivery in the UK - this means someone will have to sign for them at their destination.
Q: Do you print in other languages?
A: No. All our magazines and books are currently only printed in English.
Q: What will appear on my card
A: If you have purchased on-line then your order will have been processed through the Pay Pal system.
Q: How much information do you have on
A: Once an order or subscription has been processed we only
retain your name, address and phone number for mailing or emergency contact purposes.
Q: Do you keep my credit card details on computer?

A: We require a land-line telephone number in case there are any
problems in processing your order so that we can resolve matters

A: We require a telephone number, but once an order is
processed we will not keep the number on computer if you do not wish it. We do not use the information

A: No. The phone number is only for resolving problems with orders.

A: No. We do not share, sell or hire our mailing and subscriber
lists to anyone.
Q: How will I know when to renew a subscription?
A: At the end of the magazine's subscription year every subscriber
receives a reminder to renew with their final issue. We also send out reminders nearer to the start of the next season's issues.
Q: How do I subscribe to your magazines?
A: Just visit the subscription pages of the magazines you are interested in and follow the instructions.
Q: Do I have to order on-line?
A: No. You can download an order form to print, complete and send to us by post. These order forms can be downloaded from the various sections of the site (generally they are located in the top right quadrant of a page) once you have decided on that option.
