Overseas Mail Order - General Conditions:
1: All prices shown on this website include airmail postage and packing.
2: We accept orders and payments on-line (through the secure Pay Pal shopping cart system which accepts all major credit/debit cards and Pay Pal accounts) and by post by cheque, international money order and cash payments made in British Pounds Sterling only. All cheques must be drawn on a UK based bank.
3: All cheques and money orders should be made payable to 'M. Marsay' (and not to the magazine or publication being purchased).
4: We accept no liability for any orders or payments which fail to reach us, either by mail or via the internet.
5: Any complaint for Lost, Damaged or Delayed mail which arises due to the postal system should be made by phone to us in the first instance. We will then dispatch a complaint form which you must complete and return to us with any packaging or items we request. The form obliges all customers to make a formal complaint to Royal Mail (the only postal carrier we use) before returning the form to us. A replacement item will only be dispatched after our claim against Royal Mail has been settled. Any other complaints for errors in an order made by us will be processed and actioned without issue. Please keep a copy of your order for future reference.
6: All products are shipped on receipt of payment via Royal Mail by Airmail. Occasionally, multiple orders are dispatched under separate cover to reduce postage charges and to speed up delivery.
6a: Canada: Customers living in Canada should be aware that their customs service imposes a value limit of £9 on items being sent by post. Anything over that value may be subject to local import tax which you will be obliged to pay before your postal service will deliver your item/s. This is outside of our control. Wherever possible we try to split multiple orders to avoid this punitive taxation.
7: Please ensure your full postal address is given, with all words spelt in full and a correct zip or area postal code.

9: We retain the right to refuse to fulfil any orders (and refund any monies paid) without notice.

10: All goods remain the property of Great Northern Publishing until payment has been made in full.
